| 摘 要： | 在高校实验室建设中,实验技术队伍建设存在明显的“短板”现象,主要表现在实验技术队伍结构不合理、实验技术人员业务素质较低、思想不稳定等方面。这种状况严重影响了实验室建设整体水平和实验教学水平的提高。认为转变思想观念、改革用人机制、提高实验技术人员的综合素质是加强实验技术队伍建设的关键。

| Abstract: | In the process of developing the Universities laboratory,there is an obvious "short plank" phenomenon.It mainly shows in these aspects:the framework of the experiment technique groups is not reasonable; the members in the groups have low making; and their ideas are unstable and so on.This status badly affects the advance of the holistic level of the laboratory development and the advance of the experiment teaching level.This article from enhance to experiment troops developments set out And to solve the problem, the thesis gave some advice:first, to change the concept; second,to reform the employ mechanism; to intensify the study before work and so on. |
