| 摘 要： | 采用特尔斐法和层次分析法，探讨大中小学体育与健康课程中体操类项目教学设计的基本路径，其研究结果可为一线体育教师体操教学内容的筛选和编排提供借鉴。主要研究结果如下：1）体操教学内容的选择应遵循健身性、可行性、娱乐性、科学性、系统性等原则；2）体操教学内容开设的顺序为：支撑跳跃、轻器械体操、广播体操、技巧、体育舞蹈、队列队形、团体操、艺术体操、韵律体操和健美操；3）体操教学内容的组织既要注意大中小学各学段的合理衔接，又要协调横向和纵向的关系。
