| 摘 要： | 严歌苓的长篇小说《花儿与少年》塑造了几位个性鲜明的海外华人寄居者的形象。他们虽然迁移到别的国度,却始终寄居于他国文化的边缘。从殖民主义批评的角度出发来解读这种寄居心态,会发现在这些海外华人身上依旧存在着历史因袭下来的被殖民心态,这种心态使他们不能客观地看待西方文明。在被殖民心态下形成的对西方文化的畸形崇拜使他们在寄居与回归之间最终选择了寄居,尽管这种寄居使他们付出了沉重的代价。

| Abstract: | In the long novel Flower and Boy,Yan Ge-ling created a few images of characteristic Chinese sojourners.Although they migrated to the other country,they still sojourned in the margin of local dominant culture.Interpreting these sojourners from the perspective of colonized criticism,we can find that the colonized psychology still exist in the overseas Chinese,which causes that the overseas Chinese can not treat Western civilization objectively.Under the abnormal worship to Western culture,they prefer sojourn to coming back home,even though they have to pay a heavy price on that. |
