《人力资源管理》课程应用亲验性教学法的实践与思考

摘    要:在<人力资源管理>课程教学中引入亲验性教学法就是系统地设计和安排学生自主性的学习内容,以期对于学生思维能力、实际动手能力和创新能力产生积极的推动作用.实践表明,这一过程受到诸多因素的影响.教师应高度关注亲验性教学法的组织环境,灵活调整教学方案,增强教学设计的弹性.
