| Abstract: | The author holds that with the information advance of the society, higher education must be confronted with significant transformation in its objective, content and pattern of culture. But the existing system and pattern of higher education can not suit the needs of personnel of the information society. The paper elaborates the urgency and feasibility of the innovation of information pattern of higher education. And it probes into the marked characteristics of innovative pattern of Chinese higher education of 21 century in 8 aspects. And it indicates that " higher education of network " is a kind of education which is open and self-achievement in genuine significance. |
