| 摘 要： | 文章以陕西省高校教师为被试，运用心理测试法、文献资料法、调查伺卷法和数理统计法等，对其心理健康的状况进行调查，并对心理健康与体育锻炼之间的关系进行了初步分析，为提高高校教师的心理健康水平提供了科学依据。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the present situation of the physical and mental health of the college faculties in Shaanxi Province with the testing models of psychiatric testing(SCL-90),documentary tracing,questioning and answering,this paper reveals the relations between mental health and physical exercise. This paper provides a scientific support for the improvement of physical and mental health of college faculties. |
