| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，从认识体育概念的前提条件入手，简要分析了体育的本质，再一次阐明了体育的概念。认为：对体育下定义不能脱离社会实践活动，应该把体育真正作为一个统一的有机整体来理解，从主体与客体两方面来界定，抓住体育的本质和精髓。

| Abstract: | This paper,adopting literature review and logical analysis approaches,explored the essence of sport and its concept through an analysis on the premises for understanding the concept of sport.It is thought that to define sport can not be separated from social practice,it should be treated as an organic whole with subjectivity and objectivity;thereafter one can get to the essence of sport. |
