| 摘 要： | 21世纪是一个竞争空前激烈的世纪,在这样的时代背景下,优秀的智商并不能成为个人幸福与成功的唯一保证,相反,良好的情绪智力在个人幸福与成功中起着重要的作用。因此,高校应重视大学生的情绪、情感教育,提高其情绪智力水平,促进其个人的幸福与成功和社会的健康和谐发展。

| Abstract: | The 21st Century is a time of fierce competition.Outstanding intelligence quotient alone is not enough to ensure one's happiness and success.In Contrast,good emotional intelligence plays an important role in a person's happiness and success.Therefore,emphasis should be placed on the emotional education of university students with a view to raising their emotional intelligence and promoting their individual happiness and success as well as social well-being and harmonious development. |
