| 摘 要： | 唐君毅是现代著名的哲学家，也是现代新儒家的重要代表人物之一。他以阐释儒家学说之思想价值为己任，尤其重视中囱文化中的人文主义精神。他高扬起人文主义的旗帜，以批判的态度重新审视中国的传统文化，肯定中国文化之精神价值，寻求中国传统文化之现代转换的最佳途径，这对于克服民族虚无主义，妥善地解决传统与现代、中学与西学、冲突与融合等方面的矛盾，建设社会主义的新文化体系，无疑具有深刻的启迪意义和借鉴意义。
