| 摘 要： | 从和谐旅游的角度剖析了与旅游目的地有直接影响关系的利益相关者,包括政府部门、旅游经营者、当地居民,还有旅游者,又以两两关系的方法分析了他们之间不和谐的利益表现。为了推动旅游目的地的和谐发展,需要在不同利益主体之间建立一个合理的利益协调和分配机制来协调各方利益,以此促进和谐社会的发展。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses,from a viewpoint of harmonious tourism development,the stakeholders who are immediately relevant to the tourist destinations in terms of interests.These concerned stakeholders may include government department,traveling enterprises,local residents and tourists.The paper has analyzed the representations of disharmonious profit sharing between them through two-two relative methods.It suggests that,to promote the harmonious development of the tourist destinations,we need to set up a fair profit sharing mechanism to coordinate interests of the parties concerned so as to promote the development of harmonious society. |
