| 摘 要： | 晏阳初是二十世纪二、三十年代极力倡导平民教育运动的平民教育家，他在其平民教育思想中提出的农民教学原则至今对农村工作者仍具有十分现实的借鉴和指导意义。在阐释晏阳初农民教学原则具体内容的基础上，结合我国新农民培训工作的现状，提出一些建设性的意见。

| Abstract: | Yan Yangchu was an outstanding civilian educator and well-known advocate of civilian education campaign in the early 20th century.His principles of educating peasant are still valuable in guiding cadres' work in rural areas.This article emphasizes the critical roles of Yan Yangchu's principles of educating peasants in present "modern peasant" training and puts forward some measures to improve rural areas' education level. |
