| 摘 要： | 文章从专门用途英语教学和师资现状入手，引出利用校本教育培养专门用途英语师资的意义，其次阐述了受训对象的选择及校本教育的内容和方法，最后提出在目前条件下，利用校本教育培养专门用途英语师资还待解决的几个问题。

It explains how to choose trainees, and training contents ＆ methods. It also points out some outstanding issues that should be dealt with in ESP teachers＇ training at present. |
