| 摘 要： | 陈云同志的党建思想对当代执政文化建设产生了一种结构性的影响.陈云同志把党风建设放在党的生死存亡的战略高度,把党风建设纳入健全党纪、完善社会主义法制相结合的理论,使党建科学化迈出了重要的一步;其对提高执政能力的哲学思考,提供了一种提高执政能力的思维方法和决策理论,对当代执政的科学化、民主化提供了有益的启示.其提出的建立"革命化、年轻化、知识化、专业化"的干部队伍,对当代党的领导制度改革,起到了直接的推动作用.

| Abstract: | Chen Yun's thought of Party building is structural and of great significance to contemporary dominate culture construction,in that he attaches strategical and vital importance to Party building,brings the conductconstruction of Party members into promotion of desciplines and the perfecting of our socialist legal system,thus strives the Party building more scientifically to scale new heights.Furthermore,Chen Yuns philosophical thought of strengthening the power of ruling party illustrates a new way of thinking and a unique decisive theory to the scientific and democratical governing of our Party.In addition,his idea of making our cadres "more revolutionary,younger,better educated and more professionally competent" positively encourages the reform of Party leading system. |
