| 摘 要： | 运用文献综述法和逻辑分析法对巴特尔、唐正东转会风波进行分析,总结出制约CBA球员转会的瓶颈因素,指出加强CBA转会制度建设和机制优化,应以社会主义市场经济理论为指导,以市场经济和篮球运动发展的客观规律为准绳,以促进篮球职业化发展和篮球市场开放为目标,弱化职业体育功利性,强化竞技主体类意识,正确引导和利用职业化、商业化,推动我国篮球职业联赛健康、稳定发展。
