| 摘 要： | 主要以我国奥运冠军运动员退役后选择职业意向、以及我国招收普通高校高水平运动员学生攻读专业的选择方向两个方面为切入点,结合价值观理论分析我国目前竞技体育人力资源利用率现状进行分析探讨。研究认为:(1)提升我国普通高校体育类专业招收条件,突出专业性;(2)限定普通高校高水平运动员学生攻读专业为体育类专业,避免竞技体育人才在院校化模式下培养的高水平运动员人才出现即专非专型;(3)完善体育领域针对奥运冠军和国际级别运动员退役后就业管理机制,体现循环利用,提高效益的用人方式和可持续发展观理念,实现物尽其用,人尽其才的人力资源利用终极目标。
