| 摘 要： | 人地关系是人类认识世界的永恒命题,也是地理学研究的重要课题。作为人地关系思想中最受关注的思想之一,地理环境决定论强调了地理环境对于社会发展的决定性作用。本文对地理环境决定论进行现代地理学解读,认为地理环境是人与自然相互作用得以实现的基础,也是区域差异的原因,对人类社会发展起制约或促进作用。对2005年中国省区级人口密度、单位面积上人均GDP和生产性土地资源率进行分析,并与胡焕庸人口线进行对比,结果表明,胡焕庸人口分界线依然是中国人口分布差异的基线,人均GDP空间分布与生产性土地资源的空间分布情况与区域人口分布具有很高的一致性。进一步分析表明,胡焕庸线不仅展示了中国人口分布差异情况,更在于其揭示了中国资源环境基础的区域差异特征,这也是其长久以来依然能够被实践验证的真正原因。胡焕庸线的存在及其合理性充分说明了地理环境在国家和地区社会、经济发展中的重要作用。因此,对待不同的地区,必须因地制宜,按照其地理环境特征来确定其发展方向和目标,并制定相应发展政策。

| Abstract: | Human-land relationship is both an eternal topic in human understanding of the world and an important research focus in geographical sciences.As one of the most popular thoughts on human-land relationship,Environmental Determinism emphasizes the decisive role of geography in social development.This paper gives an interpretation of Environmental Determinism from the perspective of modern geography,and concludes that geographical environment is the foundation of the human-land interaction and the cause of regional differences,which can promote or hinder the development of human society.According to the data of 2005,the distribution of population density is in accordance with our GDP per capita and the production rate of land resources at the provincial level in China,which is similar to Hu Huanyong Line.Actually,the existence of Hu Huanyong Line reveals the importance of geographical environment in our regional and national development.The differences of resources and environment in different regions lead to regional disparities.As a result,our regional policy should be formulated with a serious consideration of the local circumstances. |
