| 摘 要： | 信息生态的建设需要伦理规范作为基本价值理念，而计算机网络信息生态则更需要相关伦理规范机制的调节与控制，其核心是伦理守则的制订和实施，文章讨论了信息专业伦理守则的基本范畴和功能，对国内外现有计算机网络信息专业伦理守则的发展脉络进行了分析并探讨了其中的规范主题和价值取向。提出了完善相关守则需要注意的问题。

| Abstract: | The establish of information ecology need the ethic regulation as the basic sense of value,also the information ecology in the websites need more relative ethical modulate and control system,it's core function is from stipulating and implement for the ethic code. This paper first discussed the basic meaning and function of the information professional ethic code,and start the research by reviewing the development of the world wide computer and internet information professional ethic codes,in order to conduct more reasonable guidelines of the behaviors,the paper deplored the core value and issues of the codes,and brought forward some main issues for the consummate core values of the codes. |
