| 摘 要： | 美国W钢铁集团利用信息化极大地提升了企业的竞争力。辽宁有很多与W钢铁集团相类似的老工业企业，也应该把信息化作为振兴辽宁老工业企业的主要发展战略之一，通过分析阻碍辽宁老工业企业信息化的障碍，提出解决这些障碍问题的对策与建议，其中政府引导，加强培训和企业自身的努力以及积极稳妥地开展电子商务，是辽宁老工业企业抓住机遇实现信息化，以提升企业乃至地区竞争力的保证。

| Abstract: | The American W Steel Corporation takes advantage of information technology to attain competitive advantages. Liaoning has a lot of old industrial enterprises similar to the American W Group, so informationalization should be taken as one of the major strategies to revitalize Liaoning old industrial enterprises. Through analyses of the obstacles hindering the development of the informationalization of Liaoning old industrial enterprises, this article puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve these problems, among which the leadership of the government, the strengthening of training, the exertion of the enterprises themselves, and the active and steady development of electronic commerce are all the guarantee for the realization of informationalization and promotion of the competitive abilities of Liaoning old industrial enterprises. |
