| 摘 要： | 自然资源是经济发展的物质基础和基本要素。西部具有明显的自然资源优势,但是与东部相比,经济上却落后了许多,因此,如何将资源优势转换为经济优势就成为西部大开发的一个焦点。计划经济条件下实行的“我有什么就发展什么”的简单的资源导向型开发已不能适应市场经济的要求,必须转变为“市场需要什么就生产什么”的市场导向型资源开发模式。

| Abstract: | Natural resource is the material foundation and essential factor for economy development.The Western have obvious superiority in natural resource,but it's economy drop behind by the Eastern.So how to transform the resource predominance to economy superiority become a focus.Now resource idea and superiority idea,development idea is changing and developing.In planned economy,we take the old"we development what we have "pattern.Now,we should take the new pattern:"we produce what the market need". |
