《国际法》本科双语教学若干问题的思考

摘    要:根据教育部相关文件精神,高校要积极推进法学本科专业双语教学。《国际法》是一门国际通用性的课程,对该课程实施双语教学有其必要性和合理性。虽然在教学实践中会面临缺乏合适的教材、学生学习积极性不高、考核手段与标准单一等问题,但是如果教育部能够牵头编写合适的双语教材,授课教师能够因材施教、调动学生学习的积极性,考核手段允许一定的灵活性,则更能提高《国际法》双语教学的质量。

Abstract:International Law is a universial course and it is necessary and reasonable to employ bilingual education method. Howerer,a lot of problems may arise in practice. For example,there is no suitable textbook,students are not fully interested in the course and the examnation mode is simple. Accordingly,it is necessary to write a suitable textbook presumably under the auspices of the Ministry of Education,to attract attentions of the students and emply more flexable exam modes.
