| 摘 要： | 以北京奥运会女子跳马决赛运动员为研究对象，对世界女子跳马比赛特点进行分析。结果表明：跳马动作的难度平均为6．25分，仍有继续提高的空间，获得奖牌运动员的动作难度应接近6．5分；运动员选用的动作主要集中在尤尔琴科和“程菲跳”等两个组别，动作难度的提高主要是增加转体度数；在既定动作难度的基础上，继续提高完成动作的质量，特别是控制好动作方向和落地的稳定性，是取得优异成绩的关键。

| Abstract: | With the female athletes who attending Women's Vaulting Horse Final in Beijing Olympic Games being the research objects,this paper analyzed the characteristics of the women's vaulting horse.The result shows that: the average difficulty of vaulting house is 6.25,which has some space to get improved,the difficulty of medal-awarding athletes should be close to 6.5;the main actions focused on the two groups: "Yurchenko" and "Cheng-fei",increasing the degree of twist is the main method to improve the difficulty;... |
