| 摘 要： | 教学学术是在大学教学不作为大学教师的工作重点的反思中提出来的,其根本旨趣在于通过教师的教学研究、合作交流、反思实践等活动促进学生的学习。为此,文章提出大学自身应采取相应的策略,为教师从事教学研究提供各种支持。目前,教学学术运动已轰轰烈烈地在国外大学展开,这将为我国大学教学学术运动提供理论和实践的指导。

| Abstract: | Proposed from the consideration that teaching should not be the sole job of a university teacher,the scholarship of teaching aims to promote the students＇ learning by their cooperation,and communication with teachers for the latter＇s pedagogical research,and by their reflection and practice in the research process.The paper suggests that appropriate measures be taken by the university to encourage teachers to do some researches on teaching.Nowadays,the scholarship of teaching has become one of the important movements of higher education in western countries,which will guide the domestic practice in this aspect theoretically and practically. |
