| 摘 要： | 对教师教育教学工作的测评是教师业务考核的重要组成部分,考核结果的真实性和客观性直接影响着广大教师的切身利益和工作积极性,因此在保证原始分数真实准确的基础上,数据处理的科学性、合理性、公正性就显得十分重要.利用统计学知识,通过正态分布和Z分数综合评价的方法来探索数据的统计.

| Abstract: | It is a usual method to examine the teaching of teachers by marking made by their school.The truthfulness and objectivity of the result is closely related to the teachers' own interests and initiative.Therefore,it is rather important to deal with the data scientifically,reasonably and justly,on the basis of guaranteeing the truthfulness and accuracy of the original marks.In this paper,applying the knowledge of statistics,the author did a fundamental research on statistics of data,by comprehensive evaluation of the positive distribution and Z marks. |
