| 摘 要： | 选取了上海市12所高校的229名辅导员,从职业认同与角色定位、道德素质与工作规范、队伍结构与专业层次、专业知识与业务培训、专业技能与工作绩效等方面,对上海市四种类型的高校辅导员专业化发展现状进行深入调查。调查显示,我国高校辅导员专业化发展水平虽有所提升,但仍存在诸多问题,国家和高校应当通过有效措施加强辅导员专业化建设进程。 |
