基于MATLAB和SolidWorks的弧面分度凸轮三维实体建模

摘    要:针对弧面凸轮式自动换刀装置(ATC)用弧面分度凸轮工作廓面的特殊性,以弧面分度凸轮工作轮廓面为基础,提出了一种新的建模方法,应用MATLAB与SolidWorks软件相结合实现ATC用复杂弧面分度凸轮的三维实体建模,同时运用SolidWorks中的COSMOSMotion插件实现运动仿真,验证了设计的正确性。

Abstract:According to the particularity of the globular indexing CAM with ATC,this paper puts forward a new modeling method according to the globular indexing CAM contour surface work as the foundation.The combination of the MATLAB and SolidWorks software realizes the three-dimensional entity modeling with the complicated ATC globular indexing CAM,and the application of COSMOS Motion plugin realizes sports simulation to proves the validity of the design.
