| 摘 要： | 对于俄国这样经济文化比较落后的国家，如何在实行新经济政策的条件下建设社会主义，以列宁为首的布尔什维克党进行了艰辛的探索。列宁从俄国实际出发，深刻地总结了实行战时共产主义政策的经验教训，指出新经济政策的实质是无产阶级同农民的联盟，是无产阶级先锋队同广大农民群众的结合。

| Abstract: | The Bolshevik Party with Lenin as the core had made hard exploration on how ,under the circumstance of carrying out the New Economic Policy ,to build up socialim in Russia ,which was economically and culturally backward. Proceeding from the actual conditions of Russia,Lenin deeply summariezed the experiences and lessons of having practised the Communist Policies in the Wartime,and pionted out that the essence of the New Economic Policy was the alliance between the proletariate and the peasnat , i.e. the combination of the Proletarian Vangard with the vast peasant masses . |
