| 摘 要： | 通过对国家帆船帆板队运动员冬训期间的生化指标跟踪测试,发现冬训期间的运动量对运动员的刺激比较明显,可为小周期或阶段性训练的安排提供参考;还可及时发现病情隐患,为运动队的医疗监督提供依据.这符合当代高水平竞技运动中科学训练、科学服务于训练的总体思路.

| Abstract: | Through a series test of several biochemical items during the winter-training of China's Sailingboat and Sailingboard team, it is found that the index of CK. UREA and Hb is rather sensitive. It shows that during the winter training, a proper amount of exercise is an obviously stimulation to athletes, which could provide a good reference for short-cycle or staggered training. It can also reveal any hidden pathologic trouble and give reliable evidence for medical supervision to the team, which accords with the overall principle; science should serve training in the scientific training of the modern high-level sports. |
