| 摘 要： | 经济增长发展观偏离了发展的终极目标和最高价值．导致了“人态”和“生态”两重危机。综合发展现没有考虑发展的未来状态，缺乏对后代人的伦理关怀。可持续发展现重在强调代际公平的要求，对代内公平着墨不多、有所轻视。科学发展观的核心和精髓是以人为本，全面、协调、可持续发展，具有丰富的伦理意蕴。

| Abstract: | The development view of economical growth deviated the ultimate＇objective and the maximum value, which caused the crisis of “the personcondition” and “the ecology”. The development view of synthesis had not considered the future condition, which was lack of ethics care about the descendant. The development view of sustaination emphasises fair request between generations, but which contempted fair request at present. The core and essence of scientifical development view is humanist, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable. |
