| 摘 要： | 可编程控制器具有抗干扰能力强、可靠性极高、体积小的特点，是实现机电一体化的理想控制装置等显著优点，广泛应用于数控机床、工业生产线等工业控制中，本文主要介绍了可编程控制器的工作原理、功能、数控机床与外设之间的信息交换及数控机床的工作过程。

| Abstract: | Programmable Logic Controller is widely used in industrial control, such as CNC machine tool,industrlal producing etc. It has features of a great anti-jamming ability, high reliability and small in size. This paper introduces the principle and the function of the PLC, and the working course of information exchange with outer devices of CNC machine tool. |
