摘    要:根据近些年我国企业并购整合的大量实践和有关调查研究来看,虽然不少企业对企业文化及其整合问题进行了一些有益的探索,但企业文化整合的总体状况并不令人满意。本文重点阐述了并购后企业文化整合迟滞与失败的原因既有客观因素,也有主观因素,是内外因素共同影响和作用的结果.
