| 摘 要： | 在WTO框架下，知识产权壁垒是国际贸易障碍的主要形式之一，也日益成为我国纺织品在后配额时代进入发达国家市场的技术性门槛。我国纺织行业应在政府及行业协会的指导和扶持下，建立知识产权壁垒联合应对机制，通过技术创新掌握自主知识产权，并积极参与国际纺织品质量标准的建设。
