摘    要:当前高校后勤员工队伍存在着聘用制员工偏多、整体素质偏低、职工队伍不稳定的现状,给后勤的管理服务和企业发展带来了诸多不利因素。建立与高校后勤改革发展相适应的聘用制员工的激励机制对推进和谐校园建设、加强后勤人力资源管理具有十分重要的历史意义和现实意义。

Abstract:The current situation——greatly employed,low-level educated,unsteady team—— existing in the rear-service troops in colleges and universities,has brought many disadvantageous factors to the management,serving of the rear-service and to the development of the College.To establish a stimulation system for those employed staffs,which conforms to the college's rear-service reformation, has great historical and practical significance on advancing to construct a harmonious campus and to strengthen the human resources management in rear-service department.
