校长培训模式探析

摘    要:校长培训模式体现了校长培训价值取向与操作方式相统一,具有层次性、多元性、可迁移性等不同于普通成人培训模式的特点。应在理清培训的价值取向的基础上,高度关注区域校长培训标准的制定与执行,通过建立分类分层教育管理课程体系,构建以系统思考为指向的培训模式。

Abstract:Different from ordinary adult training mode,schoolmaster training mode embodies the unity of values orientation and operation which is characteristic of hierarchy,diversity and transference.Based on the clear training values orientation,formulation and implementation of regional schoolmaster training standards should be highly emphasized.We should set up hierarchical educational management curriculum system and thus build training mode guided by systematic thoughts.
