摘    要:反思性教学是一种促进教师和学生共同发展的教学理论。在面对农村小学英语教学现状不乐观的情况下,提高教师自身的专业素质显得尤为重要,广大的农村小学英语教师应该在教学中不断反思自己的教学理念和教学行为,以促进自身成长。

Abstract:Reflective teaching is a teaching theory,which makes both the teachers and the students develop. The current situation of rural primary English teaching is not so good,so it is very important to enhance teachers'self competence.All the rural primary English teachers should reflect teaching theories and actions continuously in order to have better self-development.
