| 摘 要： | 高等教育国际化是一个普遍而又富有争议的问题,对其动力因素完整准确的把握是认识其变化发展规律的基础。高等教育国际化的动力是由四大外部动力——经济、科技、文化、政治和三大内部动力——知识、人、机构所构成的动力体系,各个动力要素的变化发展和相互作用使高等教育国际化成为必然。

| Abstract: | The internationalization of higher education is a common but controversial phenomenon. Its power factor is a complete and accurate grasp of their understanding of changes in the law of development. Intemation-alization of higher education is the driving force from the four major extemal powers - economic, scientific, technological, cultural, political and within the three major driving forces- knowledge, people and institutions posed by the power system, the various elements of the dynamic changes in the development and interaction of international higher education become inevitable. |
