基质、环境等因素对兔眼蓝莓试管苗瓶外生根的影响

摘    要:以兔眼蓝莓试管苗为材料,研究试管苗大小、基质、环境条件对试管苗瓶外生根的影响。结果表明,在温度22-28℃、湿度65%-85%、半遮光15 d条件下,高度5-6 cm的试管苗在苔藓/河沙(2/1)基质中瓶外生根综合效果最好,生根移栽成活率90.4%,平均长于0.5 cm生根数7.4条/株。

Abstract:This article studies the influence of test-tube seedlings’ size,matrix,environmental conditions on Tu-Yan Blueberry rooting out of bottles.The result shows that with the temperature 22-28 ℃,humidity 65-85 percent,semi-cover light for 15 days,5-6cm plantlets rooting in out of the bottle is the best when they are planted in matrix which is composed of Bryophyta and Sand with the rate of 2:1.The survival rate arrives to 90.4%,and the average of the root is up to 7.4 per plant.
