摘    要:目的探讨以问题为中心的教学法(PBL)在《助产技术》教学中的应用及效果。方法对95名2009级助产生实施分组教学,其中实验组48人采用PBL教学法,对照组47人采用传统教学法;课程结束后评价教学效果。结果实验组学生考核成绩(83.12±6.16)分,显著高于对照组班(72.36±7.35)分,差异有显著性意义(P〈0.01)。实验组学生自主学习的动力、理论知识的系统化理解、分析问题和解决问题的能力及角色适应能力显著高于对照组(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论在《助产技术》教学中运用PBL教学法能激发学生自主学习的动力,增强学生自信心,提高综合素质,同时也提高了教学质量,有效地提高学生的学习成绩。

Abstract:Objective To explore the problem-centered approach(PBL) in the "midwifery" Teaching and effect.Methods 95 students of implementation of midwifery group teaching,in the experimental group were 48 PBL teaching method used,the control group using traditional teaching methods 47;end of the course evaluation of teaching effectiveness.Results students in experimental group(83.12±6.16)points,was significantly higher than class(72.36±7.35) points,the difference was significant(P<0.01).Experimental group self-motivation to learn,systematic understanding of theoretical knowledge,analyzing problems and problem-solving ability and the role of adaptation was significantly higher(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion the use of PBL teaching method in "midwifery" teaching can stimulate independent learning motivation and enhance student self-confidence,improve the overall quality,but also improve the quality of teaching,effectively improve student performance.
