| 摘 要： | 高职院校自营超市是我国经济发展及高职教育发展的产物,从教育角度而言其发展具有较大的优势和机会,但从企业经营角度而言,存在较多的劣势和威胁.它的发展是可行的,但受到体制机制、管理经验、经营规模等多方面的影响.因此,需要学院高层领导下定决心,理顺体制机制,利用内外万种可以合理运用的条件,根据具体情况创造性地探索和实践.

| Abstract: | The supermarket independently operated by the College in the campus is the product of China’s economic development and vocational education.From an educational point of view,it has greater advantages and opportunities while from the business point of view,there are more weaknesses and threats.Its development is feasible but limited by institutional mechanism,management experience and scale etc.Therefore,the senior leadership of the colleges should make up decision to rationalize the institutional mechanism and apply various internal and external conditions to explore and practice creatively according to the specific circumstances. |
