| 摘 要： | 从长春市高校培养大学生篮球裁判员的实际情况出发,采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对长春市高校体育专业大学生篮球裁判能力的发展现状进行研究。研究结果表明:长春市高校体育专业大学生对篮球裁判技能掌握得不好,高水平裁判员稀少。影响其发展的主要因素是:篮球裁判技能教学中,教学目标与教学内容的安排不合理,理论和实践脱轨,裁判临场实践机会少,对裁判法掌握不够娴熟,裁判员等级考核的机制不够完善。建议从社会需要和学生自身实际情况出发,加强学生社会实践能力,提高理论知识学习和完善考核制度,更好的促进大学篮球裁判技能的发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the development status of basketball in the colleges of Changchun city, this paper probes into the refereeing abilities of college students majoring in basketball through methods of literature,interviewing, questionnaires, and mathematical statistics. The research demonstrates that students majoring in physical education in Changchun city are comparatively weak in the basketball refereeing skills and high-level referees are rare. The major affecting factors are as following： inappropriate arrangement between teaching objectives and teaching courses, derailment of theory and practice, lacking opportunities of practicing,inexperience in mastering refereeing laws, and the imperfect evaluation system. Suggestions for future education and training： taking the social demand and students＇ own character as the prerequisite,strengthening students＇ social practice ability and improving theoretical knowledge, perfecting the evaluation system and then better promoting college students＇ basketball refereeing abilities. |
