| 摘 要： | 城市化的推进对耕地的占用是不可避免的。但是，从城乡一体化的角度看，城市化并不一定导致区域耕地的减少。本文以湖南省为研究对象，从城市使用土地情况与耕地变化的关系探讨入手，在城乡一体化背景下．研究土地利用与耕地变化的规律，其主要结论有：城市化建设有利于提高土地利用率，随着城市化进程的不断加快．只有集约利用土地，挖掘城市存量土地潜力，协调城市化推进与耕地保护的关系，才能实现区域耕地动态平衡的目标。

| Abstract: | Cultivated land occupied for urbanization is inevitable,but rubanization would make cultivated land decrease or not in an area,which is not unique.The auther of this paper probes revelation on tendency of ruban land-use and cultivated-change,and concludes that urbanization is helpful for enhancing land-use rate,Dynamic equilibrium in an area can only be achived through intensive use of land,making full use of the potentiality of urban land and the coordination of the relationship betweer urbanination of the relationship betweer urbanization and protection of land. |
