| 摘 要： | 现阶段泛珠三角地区房地产业呈现出与经济发展相似的梯度差异性。为该区域房地产合作提供了广阔的市场空间。泛珠三角合作战略的实施,推进了房地产业在基础设施、融资及合作机制等各方面形成一个相对统一的区域性市场。区域内房地产业应抓住机遇,完善协调机制、鼓励房地产企业探索多种跨区域合作方式。整合资源、优势互补,推进跨区域合作开发进程,实现共存共赢。

| Abstract: | The real estate in pan-pearl river delta shows a gradient difference similar to the economic development,which provides a wide market for the cooperation of real estate companies.The implementation of the cooperative strategy in this region has helped the real estate to form a comparatively unified market with regards to the infrastructure construction,financing and cooperative mechanism.The real estate industry in this region should seize the opportunity to improve the cooperative mechanism, encourage enterprises to promote the development of trans-regional cooperation and gain profits together by exploring different trans -regional cooperative ways,taking full use of the resources and utilizing complementary advantages. |
