| 摘 要： | 知识经济社会知识成为决定组织竞争优势和经济增长的战略资源。通过探讨知识管理中知识作为经济增长的内生变量、知识资源与传统资源的关系、知识的测度和知识创新原理等问题，得出国家如何通过合理整合知识资源来促进经济增长的一些有益的启示。

| Abstract: | Knowledge become the strategic resources to decide the competitive advantage and economic growth of organize in knowledge economy society.It can obtain some useful inspiration nation how to integrate reasonably knowledge resources to promote economic growth by exploring such as these problems in knowledge management: knowledge as endogenous variable of economic growth,the relationship between knowledge resources and the traditional resources,knowledge measure and the theory of knowledge innovation. |
