对沈阳体育学院游泳课不同教法的比较研究

摘    要:通过两轮的教学实验 ,进行两种相关泳姿的不同教法研究。实验结果表明 ,蛙泳腿和仰泳腿、蝶泳腿和自由泳腿同步教学 ,两者可产生良性转移 ,延缓了局部肌肉的疲劳 ,加速了动作技能的形成 ,经两轮的教学实验 ,两轮达标平均成绩经T检验 ,P <0 .0 1,差异非常显著。

Abstract:This paper carried out the synchronous teaching about two kinds of swimming postures through two turns of teaching experiments. The experiment results showed that the frog breaststroke leg and backstroke leg or the butterfly leg and freestyle leg will both product good transformation to mitigate the fatigue for parts of muscles and accelerate the form of movement skills. After two turns of teaching experiments, through the result of T test, the average scores of two turns is P<0.01, the result is quite different.
