分层次教学法在高职院校网球教学中的实验研究

摘    要:为了更好地提高高职院校体育课的教学质量,针对传统体育教学模式在目前高职院校体育教学中出现的诸多问题,我们在网球技术课教学中采用“分层次”教学法进行实验和研究,结果发现,“分层次”教学法不仅有利于提高学生学习的积极性、主动性和创造性,有利于培养学生学习兴趣和自我锻炼能力,有利于学生比较牢固地掌握网球技术,同时,这种方法还为学生终身体育奠定了良好的基础。

Abstract:In order to improve physical teaching quality in college and to solve the problems which modem societies bring to traditional teaching modes, this paper takes the separate class teaching model in actual teaching of tennis technique and draw the conclusion that the teaching method of separate class teaching is obviously superior to traditional teaching methods because it can help arouse students' initiative and activate their thinking so as to develop their interest. Taken the separate class teaching model is benefited to the students learning in tennis techmque.
