| 摘 要： | 从中华自然地域特点出发,探讨了中华民族传统体育的产生、发展及趋势。认为外部屏障成就了世界上唯一没有中断的古老民族体育文明;内陆条件则奠定了汉族和周边少数民族传统体育文化交流的基础;民族分布格局和内向发展特征,造就了中华民族传统体育融合的历史趋势。
