| 摘 要： | 电大教材管理是电大教学工作中关系到学生、教师正常教学的首要环节。传统手工化的教材管理不仅繁琐，而且容易出错，给正常的教学工作带来隐患。为了解决这种状况，特利用计算机软件技术，开发了基于C#的电大教材管理系统。该系统采用科学优化的业务流程，严谨的程序设计算法，实现了教材管理的办公自动化，提高了工作效率，保障了教学工作的有序进行。

| Abstract: | The TVU teaching material management is the primary link of the teaching work relation to students and teachers in the TV Universities. The traditional manual of the teaching material management brings hidden trouble to normal teaching work because it is not only tedious, but also easy to make a mistake. The author developes TV University teaching material management system based on the c# using computer software technology to solve this situation. The system uses scientific business process, and rigorous programming algorithm to realize the office automation of teaching material management, improve Work efficiency and guarantee the orderly of the teaching work. |
