| 摘 要： | 隐私权是公民的一项重要的人格权。世界各国对隐私权的保护非常重视，大多数国家在其法律中直接或间接地规定了隐私权．我国也从多方面、间接地保护了隐私权，初步形成了低层次的隐私权保护体系。笔者通过对我国隐私权保护现状及存在问题的分析，认为我国隐私权的保护体系建立的时间短，立法上存在诸多缺陷与漏洞，只有采用最有效的直接保护方式，从多方面着手，建立完善的隐私权保护体系，才能保障人权，构建和谐社会．

| Abstract: | The citizen's right to privacy is an important personality right.The rest of the world attaches great importance to the protection of the right to privacy,most of the laws in their countries directly or indirectly protects privacy.China also from the many aspects indirectly protects the right to privacy,initially forming a lower level of privacy protection system..The author analysed our current situation and the protection of privacy and thought that the time of establishing the system to protect the privacy is short,there are many mistakes and loopholes in legislation,only adopting the most effective direct methods and setting legal from different areas,setting up of comprehensive privacy protection system,can we protect human rights and build a harmonious society. |
