| 摘 要： | 西北民族地区具有与其他地区不同的特点,在政府绩效评估过程中就必须对一些评估指标格外重视。本文认为,民族关系应成为西北民族地区政府绩效评估的特殊指标,环境保护应成为其政府绩效评估的强化指标,对公民宗教权利的保障和宗教活动的管理应成为其政府绩效评估的重要指标,少数民族人才培养应成为其政府绩效评估的指标。只有这样,才能客观、准确、科学地对西北民族地区政府绩效进行评估。

| Abstract: | Duo to the particular characteristics of Northwest Minority Areas,special attention should be paid to the index system in the process of the local government performance evaluation.The paper believes that minority relations should be considered as a special index;ecological environment protection as reinforced index;religious rights protection,religious affairs management and minority personnel training as crucial indexes.Thus an objective,accurate and scientific local government performance evaluation could be reached. |
