摘    要:住院医师规范化培训是我国卫生人才队伍建设和发展的重要内容之一,对培养临床高层次医师,提高医疗质量均起到了极为重要的作用。口腔修复学是一门高度实践性学科,临床实践教学质量的高低直接关系到口腔医学专业住院医师规范化培训毕业生的质量。在住院医师规范化培训临床教学过程中我们不断总结经验,结合口腔修复专业及学生的特点,在口腔修复专业住培医师临床教学工作中不断探索和改革,力求不断提高教学质量。

Abstract:Resident standardized training is one of the important contents in the construction and development of the medical and health talents in China.It plays a very important role in training high-level clinical doctors and improving the quality of medical treatment.Prosthodontics is a highly practical subject.The quality of clinical practice teaching is directly related to the quality of the graduates.In the process of clinical teaching of resident standardized training,we summarize our experience constantly.Combined with the characteristics of the prosthodontics major and the students,we explore and reform the clinical teaching approach constantly,striving to continuously improve the teaching quality.
