| 摘 要： | 阐述了当前持球突破技术的新发展。通过教学实践的探索， 提出要重视把握突破时机的训练和培养， 突破前的准备要瞬间完成， 突破前的假动作要逼真， 要加强突破中合理身体对抗练习， 并渗透心理教育手段来消除心理障碍。
